The 14-Night Calm Trial

Every Calm Coat comes with our 14-Night Calm Trial. Use it through storms, vet trips, alone-time, and quiet evenings. If your dog isn't calmer within 14 nights of delivery, we'll refund you in full — no forms, no fuss.

How it works

Email us at Hushkin.contact@gmail.com within 14 nights of delivery with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label — returns are free. Once the coat is on its way back, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The coat can be used and washed — that's the point of the trial. We only ask that it comes back in reasonable condition (no damage beyond normal use).

Size exchanges

Wrong size? Exchanges are free within the trial period. Email us your dog's weight and chest girth and we'll send the right size before you return the original.

After 14 nights

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or defective items

If your coat arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge — no return needed in most cases.
